ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ— ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ 'ਚ ਇਕ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਗਲਤ ਹਰਕਤ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ। ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਵਸੰਤਕੁੰਜ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦਾ ਹੈ। 12 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਨੂੰ ਇਕ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਨੇ ਘਰ ਦੀ ਘੰਟੀ ਵਜਾਈ ਤਾਂ ਇਕ 28 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਨੇ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ਾ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਿਆ। ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਕੁਝ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਅਸ਼ਲੀਲ ਹਰਕਤ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗ ਪਿਆ। ਜਿਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਲੜਕੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੋਸਤ ਨੂੰ ਬੁਲਾਉਣ ਲੱਗੀ ਤਾਂ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਉਥੋਂ ਭੱਜ ਗਿਆ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਹਰਕਤ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕ ਲੱਗੇ ਸੀ.ਸੀ.ਟੀ.ਵੀ. ਕੈਮਰੇ 'ਚ ਕੈਦ ਹੋ ਗਈ।

ਪੁਲਸ ਨੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਟਾਇਕੋਂਡੋ ਟੀਚਰ ਹੈ,ਜੋ ਇਕ ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਮਾਮਲੇ 'ਚ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਕੱਟ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ। ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਖਿਲਾਫ 20 ਹੋਰ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦਰਜ ਹਨ।
