ਸਿਡਨੀ- ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਆਸਟਰੇਲੀਆ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਤੀਜਾ ਟੈਸਟ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ਮੈਚ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਡਰਾਅ ਨਾਲ ਖਤਮ ਹੋਇਆ। ਆਸਟਰੇਲੀਆ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ 407 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਦਾ ਟੀਚਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਨੇ 5ਵੇਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਖਰੀ ਦਿਨ ਦਾ ਖੇਡ ਖਤਮ ਹੋਣ ਤੱਕ 5 ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ’ਤੇ 334 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਮੈਚ ਡਰਾਅ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ। ਆਸਟਰੇਲੀਆ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਪਾਰੀ ’ਚ 338 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਜੀ ਪਾਰੀ ’ਚ 6 ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ’ਤੇ 312 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਕੇ ਪਾਰੀ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਪਾਰੀ ’ਚ 244 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਚਿਨ ਤੇਂਦੁਲਕਰ ਤੇ ਰਿਕੀ ਪੋਂਟਿੰਗ ਸਮੇਤ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ਜਗਤ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੀਮ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
