ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ— ਮਹਾਨ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ ਸਚਿਨ ਤੇਂਦੁਲਕਰ ਨੇ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਐਡੀਲੇਡ 'ਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਆਸਟਰੇਲੀਆ 'ਤੇ 31 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮੈਦਾਨ 'ਤੇ 2003 'ਚ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਦ੍ਰਾਵਿੜ ਤੇ ਅਜੀਤ ਆਗਰਕਰ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਨਾਲ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਜਿੱਤ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਦਿਵਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਕਰੀਬੀ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਨੂੰ 31 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜਿੱਤ ਕੇ 4 ਮੈਚਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ 'ਚ 1-0 ਦੀ ਬੜ੍ਹਤ ਕਾਇਮ ਕੀਤੀ। ਆਸਟਰੇਲੀਆਈ ਧਰਤੀ 'ਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਟੈਸਟ ਮੈਚਾਂ 'ਚ ਇਹ 6ਵੀਂ ਜਿੱਤ ਹੈ।

ਤੇਂਦੁਲਕਰ ਨੇ ਟਵੀਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਤਰੀਕਾ। ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਕਦੀ ਵੀ ਦਬਾਅ ਘੱਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਚੁਤੇਸ਼ਵਰ ਪੁਜਾਰਾ ਦੀ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਪਾਰੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਅਜਿੰੰਕਿਆ ਰਹਾਣੇ ਦੀ ਦੂਜੀ ਪਾਰੀ 'ਚ ਖਾਸ ਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ 4 ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੇ ਅਹਿਮ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਇਸ ਨੇ 2003 ਦੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਦੀ ਯਾਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
